Central Florida contains several key links on the Florida Coast-to-Coast Trail (C2C Trail) which will run about 250 miles across Florida, from the east at Canaveral National Seashore to the Gulf Coast at St. Petersburg on the west. Here are the Central Florida links (east to west) on the C2C Trail. To see the entire trail, go here.

Merritt Island BikingMerritt Island biking Canaveral National Seashore - Brevard County - Eastern end of the trail. The trail will run from Canaveral National Seashore, through the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, over the Max Brewer Bridge to Titusville.
East Central Regional Rail TrailEast Central Regional Rail Trail The East Central Regional Rail Trail covers portions of the C2C Trail in Brevard and Volusia Counties:
  • Brevard County (Titusville to Maytown) - From the Max Brewer Bridge in Titusville, a 12-foot striped bike lane along Indian River Avenue and Main Street marks the route. A bridge over Garden Street in Titusville has been completed and a Welcome Center/Bike Shop opened. The trail from Titusville to the I-95 underpass at Mims is paved but not yet open to traffic @July 2017; trailhead at I-95 is under construction. I-95 to Volusia County Line at Maytown is under construction, estimated completion October 2017.
East Central Regional Rail TrailEast Central Regional Rail Trail
  • Volusia County (Maytown to Debary) - Gap for future construction remains between Maytown and Osteen. The trail is completed from Guise Road in Osteen to Enterprise, including a bridge over SR415 in Osteen, and continues to Green Springs Park in Enterprise where it meets the Spring to Spring Trail.
Spring to Spring TrailSpring-to-Spring Trail Spring to Spring Trail - Volusia County - Connects to the East Central Regional Rail Trail at Green Springs Park in Enterprise and runs west to Lake Monroe Park in DeBary as part of the C2C Trail. A bridge over the St. John's River to Lake Monroe Wayside Park in Seminole County has been funded, filling a gap in the Coast-to-Coast Trail.
Coast to Coast Trail, Rinehart RoadCoast to Coast Trail, Rinehart Road Rinehart Trail - Seminole County - This "connector" trail runs from Lake Monroe Wayside Park, along CR46 and Rinehart Road to the Seminole-Wekiva Trail at the bridge over I-4 in Lake Mary. A few gaps to be completed.
Seminole Wekiva TrailSeminole-Wekiva Trail Seminole Wekiva Trail - Popular 14-mile Seminole County trail, connects to the Rinehart Road trail via a bridge over I-4. As part of the Coast-to-Coast Trail, it runs south through Lake Mary, Longwood and Altamonte Springs, to US441. A gap remains to link to the West Orange Trail.
West Orange Trail, Central FloridaWest Orange Trail, Central Florida West Orange Trail - Orange County - 22 mile, world-class rail trail through urban and suburban sections of Orange County. Part of the C2C Trail from Clarcona to the South Lake Trail.
Florida Bike Trails, Pinellas TrailFlorida Bike Trails, South Lake Trail South Lake Trail - Lake County - Connects to the West Orange Trail and runs through Clermont. Gap remains to connect to the Van Fleet Trail.
Van Fleet Trail, FloridaVan Fleet Trail, Florida Van Fleet State Trail - Polk, Lake, Sumter Counties - Totally rural 29 mile rail-trail with one curve and no hills through the Green Swamp. A portion of the trail will be part of the C2C Trail between the South Lake and Withlacoochee State Trails.
