The two-mile trail is an easy ride with access to park amenities including a marina, fishing piers, swimming beach, restaurant, picnic tables, and playground. As the trail is heavily used, be careful of pedestrians. An unpaved walking path extends the length of the canal across from the paved recreational / biking trail.
